Eligibility Requirements:

• Create at least 20 new full-time jobs
• Lease 10,000+ SF (Class A/B) for at least five years, or buy
• Invest $1 million+ in real or business property
• Offer competitive wages and employee benefits
• Be part of a targeted industry or show strong company growth

Potential Level of Support

We tailor support based on job creation, wages, investment, and lease terms. Our goal is to ensure that your investment thrives here, and all incentive offers are subject to City Council approval.
